I was diagnosis with SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) ,APS (Anitiphospholipid Syndrome) and Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) in 2006. I was 16 years old. What started off as a normal day ended up having me in the hospital a few days later. I had flu-like symptoms couldn’t eat,shower,etc.. My aunt rushed me to the hospital where they did major tests. I was told I was losing blood. They did a bone marrow biopsy that came back to be AIHA. I was put on steroids a few days later and diagnosis with lupus as well. I had a nasty rash all over my body and severe pain. All I did was cry. 5 years in and out of hospitals, two transfusions and my spleen has removed. One miscarriage and 4 beautiful kids later and I’m still struggling with my health. The doctors told me I would not be able to have children because of APS. I have a hip disease from the long-term steroid use and lupus and been in a flare for three weeks now. All I do is sleep and I’m constantly in pain and barley have been eating. The medications don’t help. My husband tries his best to understand and trys to comfort me but sometimes I want to be alone because it seems no one understands the pain and suffering…

I am 27 and feel like a 90 year old lady falling apart daily from the chest pains the headaches the joint pain etc.. We need a cure bad…
